香遇巴厘

[中文点评在下面] I've been to this Thai/Indonesian restaurant several times now and really think it's quite good -- about the same quality as Golden Elephant Thai Restaurant (金像湾) which is currently the most popular Thai place in Xiamen. Although I've already recommended this place to a whole bunch of friends (and they all seem to like it as well), the business recently has been pretty bad -- mostly just 2-3 or three tables of customers. Perhaps it's the location (next to Arirang on Lianhua Road) because there's a sparsity of traffic or pedestrians. Nonetheless, I feel that it's actually great in terms of decoration (a beautiful pond and bridge on the outside), pricing, and taste. I particularly recommend the curry emperor crab -- quite simply the best curry I've every tasted anywhere. The curry is so good that I usually just eat the curry (without the shrimp) on top of plain rice. If you're into spicy curry, be sure to tell them in advance because the usual dish is NOT spicy.

In any case, I hope that everyone can try this place out for themselves -- I know Xiamen people are so USED to going to Golden Elephant for Thai food, so it's good to have ANOTHER great Thai restaurant in town.

我已经几次来这家，觉得真不错 -- 味道比金像湾差不多。虽然我已经推荐很多朋友过去可是最近的商业不是很热闹。位置可能不好 -- 在莲花路的arirang旁边可是车和人不多。我觉得环境很漂亮而且因为客人不多所以服务比金像湾快。我每次去点咖喱皇炒蟹 -- 特别好吃！这家用的咖喱我觉得非常香，每次根米饭一起吃。我希望你们都可以过去自己使。
