Tutto Bene突本意意大利餐厅

I used to frequent this restaurant quite often, at least once a week.  The food is pretty decent and the prices are fairly reasonable.  It's a pretty popular place, so it can be kind of crowded.  The wait staff is decent, but not outstanding.  The owner is an American fellow that is pretty nice (I only met him once).  The main problem for me is that it's a bit out of the way (it's near the Marco Polo hotel).  While this is great for the ex-pats that live and hang around that area, for me it's a little bit too out of the way to justify going there much now that I've found a nearby SPR Coffee that serves decent spaghetti.  However, when I am around the Marco Polo hotel, I will usually try to eat at this restaurant or at JavaRomas.
